Service Description
enjoy your event stress free with this on location event photography session - for anniversary, baby shower, corporate, live performances and more; we'll be sure to capture all your candid moments and you'll leave feeling excited to share your photos with family and friends! all photos will be provided within 7-14 business days (USB drive) session includes: SERViCES - 4hr event session LOCATiON - maximum of one (within included travel) ADMiNiSTRATiVE - editing/transfer of images (up to 4hrs) PRODUCTS - high resolution images (up to 400 photos) TRAVEL - up to 30 min (within 15 miles of zip code 23601) TERMS: deposit is non refundable (deducted from total balance due) additional billable services, administrative fees, products, travel and locations will be invoiced (due upon receipt of photos) Interested in our pricing plans? upon your request - we now offer special pricing plans that allow you to pay for your session monthly until your balance is paid in full
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT POLiCY: - all services require a non-refundable deposit - the deposit will be credited towards your session BOOKiNG POLiCY: - sessions can be booked as early as 1 year before start time - sessions MUST be booked no later than 2 weeks before start time CANCELLATiON/RESCHEDULE POLiCY: - sessions MUST be cancelled at least 24hrs prior to start time - all cancelled/rescheduled sessions will be charged $25
